Cryptic Guardian is hosting an unofficial community forge contest on bungie.net during the next couple of months. The contest is open to anyone who obtains or downloads the Halo 3 Mythic Map Pack before March 31st. The Mythic Map pack comes included with the limited edition of Halo Wars which is scheduled to release on March 3rd. Registration begins today, and the actual contest begins on March 3rd where you can forge on any of the 3 new maps. Your submission will be judged on various factors such as appearance, budget balance, creativeness, and playability. There will be a winner for each map and winners will be featured in Bungie favorites later this year as part of the community group spotlight. But that’s not all! Winners will also receive a 1 year subscription to Xbox Live OR $50 worth of MS points. Visit the links below to register and learn more information:
